Three members of the Missouri Supreme Court have recently recognized that the drafters of Missouri's Amendment 3 have broken the law to prevent voters from knowing its true effects. It is imperative that Missourians understand Amendment 3 before voting on November 5.

‍‍‍The below voters' guide decodes the language of Missouri's Amendment 3 to help inform Missourians how to rightly interpret Amendment 3.

Amendment 3 will legalize, protect, and fund abortions in all 9 months of pregnancy. But, Amendment 3 is much broader than abortion. Amendment 3 creates a new "super-right" to "reproductive freedom." This new right is HIGHER than any other right, higher than the right to abortion under Roe v. Wade—higher than speech, religion, due process, or parents’ rights. To download the guide, click here.
