Martin Whittaker has a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame, an M.Phil. from University College Dublin, Ireland, and a J.D. with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He was a civil litigator with two Chicago boutique firms, and then later his own firm, for about fifteen years, concentrating in legal malpractice and civil rights litigation. He then spent over a decade working for the American Bar Association’s Center for Professional Responsibility. Martin began working with Thomas More Society in 2019. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Texas.
